I think its better than the v3 as it runs a lot free'er, i dont run drag break so this is great for me, and i like the way the arms have captured outer hinge pins as it means you wont break the rear hubs as easy as there is no grub screw in them, and the slipper is an improvement!

From running both the V3 and the V4 i have to say the V4 wins hands down for me.

The most improvements like people have said is just how smooth the car is now. This is to do with the UJ center drives and also the new drive shafts.

On the V3 i also found that the drive was more to the front and you would wear out 2 front sets of tyres to one set rear tyres.

On changing to the V4 with the new two way slipper this seems to have evened out the front to rear drive and the tyre wear is even now. Also it seems alot less tail happy coming hard on power out of corners as well.

All the other refinements have just taken away some little niggles on car that used cause issues.

Are the plastics different to the v3, cos I've had a lot more breakages with one season of v4 vs 2 seasons with v3...?

The central uj's are better than the cvd's though. Jury's out on the dual slipper for me!

+1 about the new front and rear outter drive shafts that jason mentioned i forgot about those, i think the arms are made of a harder plastic maybe?
