Default K1 Mid conversion.

Tempting to call it rear motor, but it's not!

The K1 is a pretty good machine, but I have struggled with it on a bumpy red clay track (loose loamy when damp, and dusty and loose dry...), that gets cut up by Ebuggies/truggies.

The rear just doesn't bite hard out of corners. So, with the aim of making the car more forgiving and stable, here is the test bed.

Running saddles the weight bias is slightly to the rear, but side to side is almost perfect with no weight added.
Also it has the option of running a shorty pack on the rh side, and flipping the servo to the standard position. This also has excellent side to side balance and drops around 100 grams.

A quick test run proved positive, but i will have to wait for the first meeting late this month to see how she goes.
Currently working on a body and undertray. I'll update again soon.

Cheers all.
