I love how you used a MKII chassis and hyperclutch along with the rare sway bars

Though I am a little confused, you said you are selling all your buggies and then you go and build another one lol
Thays not a hyper clutch, possibly a wasp solid layshaft.

Apologies, seems my reply never got to you. Ive pm'd you again and fibrelytes website link is below in my name tag. You should be able to find those towers under kyosho Lazer ZX, but as i couldnt find the front would advise sending a picture to Stephen and he can find the design on his system

I ordered one a while ago and waiting for them to make it along with some other stuff, they did make a tub but drilled it to the MKII pattern by mistake

Also I am thinking my vintage tub I have here which will be a runner will also have an open gearbox, but in twill weave. James is that custom tensioner for the rear gearbox that you made compatible with the open ZXRS gearbox in any way?

No as the LA112 does all that in my gearbox design. The tensioner I made works with the standard kit gearbox but you need to be exact on fitting it to get it working right. Mind you I will be doing an event using the standard gearbox and tensioner later on this year.

True but the LA-112 comes with two tensioners and your gearbox uses three

Default layshaft

WElshy40 machinist is working on layshaft . Good news he is free this time. I am making 2 lazer shafts and 5 optima mids. This shaft will have a hard chromr layer on the one way area. Also with new revisions to the lenghts as you asked for.

Yes three and is why its superb, but you dont need the tensiober for the front belt as you can always tension via the top deck.

Is it possible to buy the third tensioner on its own

I've emailed Fibrelyte this morning about the MkII tub that wasn't required, hopefully its still available .

James, when you said you need a step-by-step rebuild, what's the reason? Is it just so we can get together all the upgrades that everyone has done for reference?

I'm slowly getting my kit list together but I have a few items outstanding and other pressures keep taking up my time (work etc).

I said it because only mines been on here and hope others get one. If your getting it if still available ask if the rear end can be modified slightly as per my picture that I sent to them to allow for more droop.

Welshy40, besides the RW spurs, I need your help, on Ansmann Mad rat rear wheels, I need 2 pairs of yellows and 2 pairs of whites. Let me know the cost when the time comes. Looks like there will be a EP buggy race coming in august here.
