I use the hardened layshaft spacer and b4.1 slipper pads. Solved the problem.

had the same problem
the pads once worn arnt thick enough to let you do the slipper up enough!
i cheated and glued 2 pads together [a small amount of superglue] on one side only this made the material thicker and have done 4 meets since with no problem
remember to use the thicker pad on the outside not the inside or the spur will rub on the gear cover

I called Durango in the uk. Told them I had an issue with the car and they sent me one.
