Default Outdoor rubber tyre additive

Whats the current rule regarding outdoor racing at bigger events with additive ?
Is it down to the specific track or is there a certain list/rule for rubber tyre racing on an outdoor circuit ?

Cheers

There's no list, the only rules are that it can't contain oil of wintergreen and can't mark or damage the track surface.

MR33 is a good starting point at most tracks.
