My membership card turned up this morning.

I got two.

this year, the cards appear to be sent directly to the driver rather than back to the club secretary to handout and the club secretary does not receive a confirmation that the drivers application has been processed :-(

first off, check with your club secretary who should be able to check online if your 2012 application has been processed

unfortunately, there are cases of cards being sent out and not being received :-(

the new numbering system is an attempt to identify whether an appplication was made manually or online, it is the last 5 digits that are most relevant eg 2**** as some older bbk systems do not accept the 1102 number :-(

We filled in the forms and handed over the monies, 31-12-11, to Coventry Model Car Club via Kits n Bits in Coventry. This morning I got a mail from BRCA saying we were not members so subsequently we will loose our entries to the Winter National (Pitsford) if not resolved.

What person can I speak to at BRCA?

Start by speaking with Coventry. They may have not sent your renewals yet for some reason.

First of all you ned to contact Kits & Bits to see if and when the forms were handed over to CMCC;

If they were handed over not till way after they were completerd and then i feel that this is not CMCC fault;

You may also want to contact the Chairman of CMCC i will be more than happy to pm you his number By contacting Mark he will be able to tell you if he has received the forms from Kits & Bits and when they were sent to the BRCA;

I am sure Mark will do his upmost to resolve this sistuation for you if you expalin to Mark what you have posted on here i am sure he will sort things out for you

Got mine a week later after renewing,and my address has changed 3 times in the last 6 years.
