DEX210 RTR Issues Out The Box

I recently bought one of your DEX210 RTR products and I cannot get it to work at all.

I connect the battery and turn on the controller and the car and I get a surge that causes the front wheels to turn to the left slightly. After that surge nothing works. The fan comes on and the receiver on the car blinks and continues to run. But it appears the receiver isn't working. I can't turn the wheels at all and I get nothing when I press the accelerator. What could be the cause of this?

I tried to do your binding process but I never received a binding plug in my box. Is there something you can recommend that I could try or do I just need to take it back into the store and ask for a replacement?

Take it to the store and ask their advice and they may be able to set it up for you. If not then they can probably help with getting replacement parts etc.
