Default Which insert ?

Hi,

I'm hoping to come and do some racing next Weds, I know you run Schumacher full spikes, but would like to know what insert works best ?
I'm guessing on medium.

Thanks
Stewart

Down to individual choice really Stewart. Some race with medium inserts, some, such as myself, race without any indoors.

It's all down to individual preference.

Stewart,
You will be welcome at FORCC, soon to pass the 60 per night drivers!
As Dave, The Hog, says it's a personal choice to run without inserts or, I believe, most run with medium.
Our top drivers are always pleased to advise.
Andy
