Do these X-Gear springs fit the standard Kyosho shocks too?

Default X-Gear springs

I noticed Lee mentioned he does NOT use the BB springs on his 201. The XSB parts #'s appear to be for BB springs only. The standard RB5 regular bore springs are not black with a color ID mark. The entire spring is yellow or red.
I assume this is what Lee is using.

I don't think he uses x-gear springs at all on the 201 right now

From memory, think he still uses them on the 4wd.

I think XSB in the part number stands for small bore, try this page:

Those springs are black with coloured bands. However, not sure what they have in stock.

No one in Japan seems to work. I have e-mailed X-gear, Champ RC and Banzai about ordering springs. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Amazing.

I would just order the BB's from JE Models. Less hassle and you don't really save money ordering from Japan.

The BB's are great springs but I find the Orange (super hard) are not quite hard enough. Would like it if there was a harder storing again.

Same for me about orange front springs.

I may find a better front but Losi Blue were way better on my car (DB1).

Crickey on a bikey .... the stiffest Losi front spring I run on Kyosho RB5 based 2wd is Orange ... one off the softest and that was with under servo weights and all sorts!!!

The Losi front springs range is MUCH MUCH MUCH heavier than the Kyosho / X-gear spring range! I know the DB1 has massive amounts of steering but WOW, would never have thought you'd be there with the springs!
