Default Servo / ESC lead shortening

I'd like to tidy up the wiring to the receivers in my cars - is there a tool available to cut the wires and crimp new receiver plugs to my servos and ESC's?

Don't really want to be taking apart my Sanwa servos and HW ESC's to shorten the wires from the other end.

Thanks in advance.
