What a good days racing we had today. Only 1 blues screen and no other misshaps. Just like thank Gavin and Chris for track design and building and to all those who helped to put the track together. I'd like to thank Si for running race control and still managing to race and finally I'd like to thank all those whoe helped to out the track away. Great Day thanks.

I'm really surprised how smoothly it all went - even the bluescreen moment was basically my fault for trying to adjust the timing between heats whilst the meeting was still going.
Generally I reckoned that although the timing was tight today it was manageable and it meant more track time all round which was good.

In fact I really enjoyed today though I'm not going to enjoy unloading my car!

Yeah, very good day. Well run again, and home at a sensible time.
Like i said Si, the timing is spot on between heats/rounds, people just need to get used to high paced meetings, cause thats how they run Regionals/bigger events ie Chadderton.
Definatly the most enjoyable track we've had. So nice one to Gav n Chris
Well done to Sham on the 4wd win, was ahead all day. And i couldnt find those extra seconds to keep with him.

That's one thing we'll improve on over roger. As much as we'll all miss him, he could never be rushed. Using auto and keeping everyone on the ball means we can either get more heats in and or go home earlier. Well done everyone. Really enjoyed it apart from the very last corner..... Damn tyres, knew I should've bought some more yesterday. Oh well got two meetings out of them at least

Good days racing today, nice and quick between races and a good track layout
It was my first time racing 2wd & 4wd on the same day so that was a challenge in its self !!
Keep the good challenging tracks coming

Yes ,must agree it was a good meeting today.when I first realised we had a crossover I was a bit dubious but it worked out just fine.As for the timing of the eVent , I was at Batley club a few weeks ago and their meeting was of a similar pace and I was impressed at that ,so well done to our organisers.
I just need to go faster!

Very big thanks to Si for an excellent days racing and smooth running, ably assisted by Mark.

Thank you also to Gavin and Chris for the track design.

Thank you for all those who helped to get the track out and assisted in the build.

And further thanks for all those that stayed behind and helped put it all away. This took no more than 20mins.

Dito to all of the above - loved the track and the organisation. Perhaps Si could have his microphone louder? Maybe it's my age but I couldn't hear him very well.
Looking forward to the next one once I've ordered a new part of my car :-(

Agreed Sam, Si did need his microphone a tad louder, your not that old yet :P

by the way, awesome idea with the crossover, I thought that added that sense of danger when you came off the table top and had to keep the bend tight just in case!
