Required! SC10 2wd Astro Set up

With the Nationals approaching and the South Short Course Series I need to get my 2wd SC10 in order!.

At present I've only got a base set up for small indoor carpet, any hints, tips or pointers appreciated!.

Mainly thinks like front and rear tyres, weight, shock oils and springs... also things to limited body role in corners.
