Do the new chassis share any parts from the older b4's or is it all new?

This car is metric, so the majority is different, however there are some things I can think of that they might have kept the same. These are:
- Rims/Wheels.
- Diff Screw and Thrust Bearing.
- Diff Ball Size.
- VTS Slipper Clutch (excluding Top Shaft?)
- Big Bore Shocks (excluding Shock Eyelets and Bushings to mount it)?
- Big Bore Springs.

Shocks have been revised.

i don't know if its been said yet but has anyone noticed the b5 uses straight wishbones but the b5m doesn't

That's a tuning option for both cars. According to the designer's interview traight arms are more forgiving, for more steering in large sweepers use the gullwings. However, you will need the matching shock towers, too.
