Exclamation New Carpet.....Need Help.....Please Read !!!

As above weve all been talking/complaining about getting a new carpet to race on, well now it is happening and should be with us in the next 2 weeks !!!

Carpet has been ordered and paid for, which brings me to the reason of this post.

No Shock Protectors (FR/RR) = No Racing......No Exemptions !!!

Not to forget but could all drivers please check before and after every race to make sure all chassis screws are tight so we dont ruin the new carpet !!!

Here are a few links to help you with shock protector ideas....

Alternatively you could always make your own out of an old wing or other plastic items like pop bottles or using a sheet of perspex etc....

Also is anybody available to help clear out the garage to make space for the new carpet as well.......this will need a full clean out and a few trips over the road to the skips......???

Wednesday Night (18th) Garage Clear Out Night.......everyone who helps will get 1 night of free racing.....!!!

Cheers

Speaking with another UK club who race on carpet, they have a control tyre Schumacher venom white compound, no where as grippy as a mini pin but with the right setup work well and last for ages. Maybe worth considering??

Exclamation All Help Needed !!!

Well as most of you will already know, the new carpet has been delivered

But before we can use the new carpet we need to sort the garage ASAP, so im proposing that anybody who wants to help sort the garage out that we meet up at the youth centre for 3pm this sunday (5th).....?

Also for the people who will help clear the garage out, will get to race free on the night

We need the clearout of the garage for 2 reasons....

1, To make room so we can actually start to use the new carpet...

2, To make room so the Jazz Band can put the trailer back in, as at the moment it cant get inside as the carpet is too long......hence the reason to sort the garage out.

So who's coming to help out then.....???
