Default Racing on the 28th Dec.

Santa hats compulsory, but strictly no more mince pies...

I won't comment on the weather as somebody gets 'nervous' when I do

Hope all had a good christmasNooo no more mince pies. As dan has said we are racing sunday, we should really run on the dirt as we were on grass last time, but with the weather we are getting tonight and forecast to carry on into saturday morning I am pretty sure we will be on the grass, I'm busy tomorrow so will not get a chance to go down sort the tracks so the grass will be easier as its ready to go. forecast for sunday looks ok on the meet office….fingers crossed!

Given the sound of what's going on outside right now (+ 2moro am) I had started to wonder how well the dirt track really could drain it all away

I also somehow managed to reschedule a family meal/get together etc from Sunday to Monday just because I wanted to go racing so I don't particularly want it rained off...

yer, if it stopped raining by saturday afternoon I would normally go down and sweep standing water off so the track so had a chance to dry out over night, if the wind stays how it is it would prob dry ok, but busy all saturday and the track is packed hard enough for standing water to take ages to drain away so I think grass it is

Dave, I've not received a PM with the results from the last club meeting.
Just checking to see if you sent them or not.
