Default psu giving low volts

ive got a 13.8v /20a psu that has been working fine.used it on sunday to a genny and now gone faulty. now only giving out 2.3v..happened to some body elses aswell on same genny.so was it the genny and is it a easy fix?.2 others on same genny where ok.

If the gennerator has surged, then chances are the psu is burnth out Si.
