Default Absima radio - interchanging receivers?

I currently use an Absima CR3P radio which I have approx 4-5 receivers for in various cars etc. I have recently bought an Absima CR4T which is now 4 channel.
My question is whether my existing receivers can be paired? Does any one know if they are interchangeable?

No 4WD because nothing lives up to my original Optima. Until now maybe?...

Hi Ashland Chris,

I run a CR4T and was also having issues, the can be paired (using bind plug etc) but you need to take off the setting in the CR4T setup menu the AFHDS2, this will stop the transmitter working with the 4 channel one supplied with it but will allow it to work with other normal receivers,

Ahh, that is helpful. Hadn't considered the difference of 3ch vs 4ch.
I suspect i will end up sticking with 4ch setting and just get some extra receivers
