Don't know if you looking for 1/8 onroad or offroad, but there is an offroad venue out on the west coast road, and there is a new rc facility in grassy park which will be doing offroad. As for onroad there is a track at the Theo Marais sports grounds near milnerton, they are called mrcc. Some more info can be here, http://oneten.co.za/index.php
