Default Roger Wood memorial Meeting Times & Info

ROGER MEETING 25TH SEPTEMBER 2016

Gates open for competitors at 07.30am, you will be directed where to park / pit, please respect the committee members, cars to be unloaded then parked in the main car park and moved back if needed once all in.

Booking in opens 08.00am and closes 09.00am.

Preliminary heat list available on display from 08.15am latest.

Start of timed practice in preliminary heat order at 08.30am. Timed at 4 mins + quick turnaround. Drivers to marshal next heat.

Finalised heat listing posted 09.30am

Practice finishes around 09.40am.

Drivers’ briefing 09.45am.

Round 1 starts 10.00am Round 4 finishes 15.42pm.
Finals listing posted 15.50pm.
Finals begin 16.00pm finish 17.24pm (cake for winner of each race to be collected straight after race)
Presentations 17.40pm
Meeting closes 18.00pm

Winner of each race will get a cupcake straight after the race, final after don't crash near that winner

Mike Parker at Number 5 RC will be supporting the event track side.

Steve the Butty man will also be serving us food.

also providing a percentage of the profits as a donation to rogers charity so spend well and leave ya curly buttys at home
