Hoping for a run out this Sunday, what time do you start these days?

No change - arrive at about 10.15 for track preparation and then open practice.

Heats start at about 11.30 am
4 rounds and a final (minimum) - managed 5 and a final at last meeting

Away no later than 4 pm

Shame I won't be there but have to go on holiday to get some sunshine..!
