Yes it's new year but as Jamie points out the guy IS there!

The blacklist is if you ask them to order parts in as special order, they ask you then don't cancel the order. My belief is if you have them place the order then cancel you'll he blacklisted. It's fine to enquiry on prices/stock then not order though!

Ironically, if I cancel my order now I'll be blacklisted, but as they won't reply to me I am stuck anyway!? If I try elsewhere when some stock appears in Canada say, I may end up lying twice and getting double the parts I wanted! It's a bit crap really...

Yes Dave i can understand your problem really. What parts have you ordered from Champ? If you can get the parts in Canada and the ones from Champ appear in the end and they answer your mails then maybe i could buy these parts off you if you don´t want to have them double.
I am looking for 502X specific spares anyway...

I had the same problem. Masa replied after about 2 weeks, then stopped replying. I think his colleague processed the order and got it the total calculations wrong. If you are ordering several units of the same item, and they don't have enough in stock, check that they are charging you for only what they have and not how many you requested. I politely pointed out the mistake and requested a new quote, but got no reply for a few weeks.

Then I just put in a new order and adjusted the number of items based on how many they had the first time. Of course, the number of items they had in stock had decreased again, and of course, the guy miscalculated again. This time, it was a reply from Hide. I pointed out the mistake again and after a few days, he replied and said he did have as many of the items I wanted afterall. So I paid the amount quoted.

Now I'm waiting to see what shows up in the parcel.
