Default North West Practice

Hello. Previously raced 1/8 nitro for a bit. Getting in to 1/10 electric with the kids (indoor). Ideally they need sone track practice before a race night. Any ideas? Thanks.

Bury has a permanent outdoor track, if you are a member you can get the code for the rostrum and use the track.

I think MB models has a permanent indoor track you can pay and use for practice, but I am not 100% sure on that as never used it, so might be worth speaking to them / checking out their website.

If you are new to indoor racing I wouldn't worry to much about track time as you will be in the heat with all the new drivers, and you normally have some practice time before the race night starts.

Thanks for that. I’ll have a look. Watched the lads on a tarmac space near me and they are struggling! Perhaps grip is an issue and I think I’ll dial down the throttle through the transmitter! Cheers.

MB (Leeds) is open on a Saturday for race and practice (alternate Saturdays). You can hire the track for private practice for £120 a day.
