20th March is Bradby cup at RHR.....I wont be able to attend but would like to. I think Jeff is there aswell!!

What about bringing it forward a week to the 13th? Delaying a week would take it into Easter weekend and two weeks it would be April.
Everybody would have at least a weeks notice.

Pretty sure few guys from seaham including me will be at Worksop on 13th March

Think we might need to hold back on this a bit Ian.......at least till after the 20th anyway......Jeff mentioned maybe a weekday but that would all depend on who/how many can attend......???

What grants are available and what do we need to improve the club? Chris Pattinson said he had information on grants available.

Item 9.8 - Rostrum
Extension of the Rostrum to 10 racers. Are the any offers of help?

As a temp measure could the old stage unit that used to be used for the jump not be added to the end of the current rostrum to extend whats there and provide more space?
