might be an obvious question but....

B5 Rear wheels, are they the same offset as Losi, HPI and Kyosho?

They are same P/N as B4.2 wheels, so yes, they are also same as Losi.
Don't know about Kyosho and HPI as I don't have any..

They are the same as the Schumacher KF front and rear wheels too.
