Hi guinners,

the wing sits 8mm higher compared to the stock plastic mount.

I also used to raise my rear Schumacher Talon rear wing on my DEX210 by 10mm with a block I made out of delin.

I'm not exactly sure, but my guess is the wing position of the 210 is not actually that bad. Keep in mind the V1 has very high shock positions, when you compare the actual height (or how it looks on the V2) with other cars it doesn't seem that low to me...

I use the standard height, but with a custom made screw-type mount so the wing has enough stiffness and attachment to the chassis to actually produce downforce in the first place

angleisthesame. Just higher.

the extra height means you sacrifice your wing in the event of a crash, rather than your rear tower. which will end your race.

quite a few had issues with towers snapping, especially where they touched the motor plate when they flexed.

I didn't raise my wing to protect my shock tower. I raised my wing so it gets a cleaner air flow to it, as most of the shock tower is sat infront of the wing otherwise.
