I haven't been at the track though Griff - I'm on holiday
They were practicing yesterday while I went up the Col Du Tormolet 80k away

However, from my hotel hovel I can tell you it really is peeing down and has been all morning
No running so far with another decision due at noon.
As it is still raining quite heavily and conditions haven't changed since this morning it;s not a strecth to say they won't be on track in the near future

Guess I'll go shopping today then

Yes, well worth it. The views were absolutely stunning - recommeneded to anyone in the area.
(I'll ignore the cycling jibes...)

Anyway, sun is out and hot again. The club have bought in losts of sand and when I last saw the track a couple of hours ago there was no standing water - it has drained quickly.

Controlled practice is due to start in about quarter of an hour. If there is no more excessive rain it will qualifying and finals tomorrow.
