Default Klinik RC KC Conversion kit

With stock coming to the EOS this fall, the Klinik conversion kit from the USA is an amazing upgrade. Eliminating 44g of rotating mass as well as improving the internal ratio from 2.1:1 to 2.57:1

I run one in stock, it makes a massive difference and the car is silent (with polypro pinion and 69 tooth Associated spur).

Default Klinik RC kit

I ran the kit for the 1st time this weekend. At first I had a load of issues until I made the flats far deeper and made sure the grub screws were thread locked and nipped up tight. Was perfect from then and definitely quieter and more responsive. Before anyone rushes off to buy the kit you only need the idler gear and belts as the diff is the older k1/k2/kf2 diff which is easily available.

I followed the instructions and havent had one problem and i have been running stock and mod with it.

Step 9: Remove set screws in front pulley and Loctite. Make sure pulley does not rub on transmission housings. Adjust as necessary.

from the instruction sheet
