Didn't check the motor as it was used in 12th pancar before hand about a year back

Reverse

how do you set this up so there's a delay between brake and reverse using 212?

BL-DL: Brushless motor, forward with reverse delay. Both forward and reverse are enabled, with a delay going from forward to reverse. This is the safest for your transmission if you wish to have reverse.

That is correct. And you cannot change the delay time. It's a full second of nuetral.

Just to follow up on my RS that developed a fault...

Received my replacement on Friday, superb service from RC Disco/Ardent.

Nice to have a warranty on a speed controller that actually works!

Hey all!

Just ordered myself an tekin rs PRO package with a redline 6.5t engine.
I Will be running it in my durango dex410r on the local indoor track (medium/large clay).

Anyone got a good setup and tip for pinion size?

Thanks!

I run mine pretty much the same wherever I go.

212 software
Dual mode
80% timing
Default ramp
TP = 4
LM = 90%
BS = 100%
DB = 10%
NW = 8%

When i ran the X6 i was generally geared on 24/78 with a 6.5 but if you are on a small track you may need to drop that.

Hope that's helpful
Kev

Default Pb with RS - Cut after approx. 4min. Leds 1-2-3 flash

Hello guys.

I have run this week end and after each approx. 4 minutes, my car stopped and the 3 first led were flashing.

So I calibrated the ESC with my radio, but the next runs, it was the same thing.

I had no possibility to finish my run (7 times).
May it be the neutral width ? How to do ?

Please help me because the only thing I want to, now, is to buy another speedo.

Default Tekin FX - FXR

Hi there

Potentially a silly question I know, looking to get a brushed Tekin speed controller and was looking at the above ones, know the diff between the two is the reverse function on the FXr.

But equally noticed the big rock crawler safe signs on the R version.....i'm only planning to use this in a tam mini - carpet racing, so essentially is the only diff the reverse function?

Am sure it is, but thought best check here that the R will be ok for my mini.

Cheers
matt

The "R" is just for reverse. The FX is a fwd only esc. The FXr is fwd/rev.
