orca usb/programme card problems

ok having problems with installing orca usb link, i bought a used one on here and i cant update or install it on my laptop,also can i update a programme card?any help guys thanks gary

What Windows you have on your computer ?

Mine work on Vista but not on Windows 8. There are ways to make it work though.
