Well done Tom!!! Well done Coastal!!! Great track George!!!

Thanks to all. Great to see some faces old and new and hope many will make it back for the rest.

Note to self. Take the ride height one thinks it should be, double it, add 4' and double it again.

What a great days racing. Top quality track which held up well and was enough to test our skills and patience.

Well run meeting as always with Coastal (apart from a few loop issues).

For me I also got an alright result which possibly would have been one place higher if I hadn't gone slightly wide into the wall of death and bust my rear wishbone!

Look forward to the next one.

Default Great days racing

Just wanted to say many thanks to the Coastal MCC for putting on a great days racing, despite the weather trying to disrupt the meeting. I had a good result and it was a nice change to hear some friendly banter between the drivers, instead of some arguing at some meetings. What made it better was that I didn't fall over despite all of the marshalling and pushing two vans out after the meeting!! Roll on the rest of the series.

When NASA needed to slow a very large and heavy item, they deployed parachutes. At 23 seconds we see where NASA went wrong and how all fast moving vehicles should reduce their speed, quickly and efficiently.

A good days banter in the pits was fun, as was the track

The weather which cut the meeting short and some questionable driving standards were not so much fun.

Best bit for me was seeing Jayson driving so well and making the A, well done chap

Even though my cars are sat rusting and covered in mud, I had a great day! Loved the track - one of the best I've ever driven. Thanks to all involved.

Big hand clap to all involved in yesterdays meeting.
Shame on the rain at the end.
Congrats to my son Ben on his a final first leg 4th place.
Never made the next leg as there were mums to see.
The only thing that p....d me off was that some drivers take it to seriously and have to win at all costs.ITS ONLY A BIT OF FUN.Its playing with toy cars for f...s sake.Had to bite my tongue and leave my hands in my pockets.
Happy days.
Should have calmed down by the next meeting see you all there.

Thanks for all the comments, glad everyone enjoyed the meeting, unfortunately we had no control over the weather but hopefully for our next round in May we will get a nice sunny day!

Thanks to everyone who helped on the Saturday & Sunday with the meeting and to all the drivers who turned up and made the meeting so enjoyable

Well done Coastal well run meeting as was the meeting a couple of weeks before the regional. Great track shame about the weather but thats just the way it goes sometimes but it was the right call to cut the meeting short as it was really slippery marshalling and getting out of the car park Thanks to all that helped

Would it be possible for the following rounds (Short Course) to have a staggered start same as the buggies for qualifing think this may help things a little

Well done all involved in the running of the day. Congrats to a great meeting. Friendly atmosphere all day made the day even thou cars getting caked in mud and sticking like the proverbable to a blanket.
Proper off-road.
Is it possible to start short course off as stagger start like buggies, please?
would make it simpler to follow as all other classes set off on stagger.
Cheers Tom and EOE brca crew.
See you at next round.
