Kyosho MP9 takes BRCA National Win!

This sunday saw the 7th round of the BRCA National Championship take place at J12.
J12 is a relatively new club, with a 'european style' flow. In combination with great sunny weather, it made for fast competitive racing.

Top 3 in qualifying was 1) Simon Willetts, 2) Neil Cragg, 3) Darren Bloomfield.

The final saw Simon Willetts and Darren Bloomfield seperate from the rest of the field. Simon Willetts held composure from start to finish to take victory, with Darren momentarily taking the lead half way through the race, only for simon to claw back into 1st place. Racing was very close on this fast circuit. The track had 'blue grooved' very well with the good weather.
Simon took victory over Darren Bloomfield 2nd and Neil Cragg 3rd.

Simon was using a Kyosho MP9 with Sirio Power and AKA rubber. The AKA Citiblocks was used in Medium compound, this proved to be 'the' tyre for the 30min main, providing great traction and longevity.
