Which email address did you use, I've emailed support about three weeks ago and also resent the email to sales and had no reply.

I've always had excellent support from TD, even when I've asked really stupid questions. I have an email conversation that span several days and is at least 8-10 replies worth of mails. They helped a huge amount.

Oh wait....that was a few weeks ago, it was ME, I was taking up all there time!! oh noes.

First outdoor race today with the Dimec chassis and it cracked in one of the rear screw holes, enough for the rear arm to fall out. I guess I'll be trying the support merry-go-round tomorrow.

Well I'm really impressed. I posted a picture of my cracked chassis to TD support yesterday and today I've had an email saying my new ones on the way.

Crikey, I didn't realise yours had gone too - we went out in the same 'B' final. Two chassis in one race, that's one too many. Now I'm worried. Could it be that the DIMEC chassis shouldn't be used in low temperature conditions - it was bloody cold? I've run it indoors in warmer conditions without any problem.

Yeh it was cold very cold but other tub chassis don't seem to suffer, my B4 and X6 went out in all weathers. Southports not riduculous as regards big air either could you imagine flying some of the more commited tracks?

Either way still happy with the response.
