Winter Series Round 2 - Information - Please read!

To help the day run smoothly here are a few points for your information.

Gates at the site will not open until 09:00, DO NOT arrive before this time please. It is very important that we keep all access roads clear for emergency services and other users of the complex. We cannot accommodate cars queuing up on the approach road before gates open.
The club will look to publish a provisional heat listing on Saturday both on oOple and our Facebook page. A short practice will be allowed and the club reserves the right to run this in heat order. Please remember to help with marshalling after your practice.
All lipo batteries must be charged in an appropriate bag/container, please remember to bring and use yours.
Shock protectors must be fitted to all cars to prevent carpet damage, if unsure, please ask a club committee member to inspect.
Control tyres on the rear (only) are Schumacher Mini Darts. One pair to be marked by the tyre control prior to racing start, and only used throughout the day.
The club welcomes children; however the responsibility lies with the parents to supervise them. Safety is the greatest concern, so we would ask that children are made aware of the potential that sharp tools and hot soldering irons etc may be in use. For this reason running around inside the venue should not be allowed.
If you have young children, where possible a parent /substitute should marshal in place of the child. The club will try assist where possible if any parent is in difficulty with this.
All racers and marshals must be current BRCA members.
Hot food and beverages will be available from the cafe on the day and the shops trade counter will be open for anyone requiring tyres and parts.
