worst 4wd driven so far is: pred... it felt good but was abit unforgiving, could of just been setup though, seem to see alot of broken front hubs around too

2wd: losi xxxcr... had to push hard to be fast and struggled a little on steering

i cant think of a car ive not ever liked on or got on with. Maybe the Trinity Spyder 1/18th scale i bought ages and ages ago just broke too easy and it wasnt even thrashed?

Made me cringe everythime i hit a jump when it got raced a handful of times years back now at Shane Foots old club in Hull....

Worst 2WD was when I converted an original gold tub RC10 using some upgrade kit from America, it had a red fibreglass chassis with red alloy stiffeners and made the car complete poo.

Worst 4WD was probably a Yoke from around 1990 which I made the mistake of kitting out with an aluminium Racecraft/Tanaplan chassis, weighed at least 3KG after that.

Best 2wd was my Traxxas TR1.

Best 4wd was the old chain drive Optima closely followed by the Optima MID.

Worst car ever : the B2. A proper nightmare on a dusty, slippery and rutted track like we have here. It was awesome on carpet though.

2wd: Fireblade - great on flat carpet woeful everywhere else.

4wd: Predator X10 - I love the Preds to bits (usually it was in bits at the end of the straight!) I had a good setup on it for one race - it was the fastest thing I had ever driven. ever. then the gearbox top broke. That car made me seriousy want to pack in.

Blade ws my fave 2wd to be honest, and was great on grass, but I never found it was happy on rutted tracks, but loved jumps.

it was only the fireblade USA that was shite, the other blades (evo, original etc) weren't too bad....

still, i'd rather make love to a dead ferret than run one again
