Default Speed passion reventon pro 1.1 prob

Just wired in a new speed passion reventon pro with motor (wired correctly).....when stationary the lights on esc are fine but when trying for a minute, red and orange lights continue to flash....

Manual says

The red LED lights up and will flash when the ESC senses a low input voltage.
The orange LED lights up and will flash when the ESC overheating (over 95°C / 203

Not sure on the above but please let me know if anyone else has had this or I am doing something wrong?

Check your sensor cable, replace with another one if you can.

What type of vehicle is it in and have you updated the esc and change the firmware to the right type of model i.e. 1/10 buggy normally uses modify 2.
After this setup your transmitter again to the esc
Check pinion and spur ratios and make sure its not tight so it has too much resistance when turning, check motor isnt tight to turn by hand also.
What turn motor you using ?
Could be a duff speedo too.
I know the pro comes with mod1 installed not normally a match for buggys as its more for touring cars i believe.
Put a picture up of your wiring maybe, its normally the most obvious you fail to spot

Picture of wiring added

Not changed anything on the firmware as brand new so just plugged into 1/10th buggy. Pinion is 24 and spur 87 which I have ran before and pinion not tight. Strangely when I attach the program card, it just sits at the reventon message and never moves on from this despite trying buttons .....

What turns the motor.
Wiring looks ok though one rule is i think shorter battery leads longer motor.
Maybe capacitor isnt working and try a different motor.
Program card shouldnt out the box but might have wrong firmware for use with the esc, both are changable so setup program on a pc or laptop and upgrade both.
Check cable is in right way on card if it doesnt work switch off and reverse the wire.
Failing that see your supplier

Thanks mate....have run it with no pinion so just motor turning and seems to be fine Pinion is 24 and spur is 81 on a speed passion 7.5 motor which I believe is about right.

Gears have been rebuild as well as diff and seem fine...

I had exactly the same but it turned out to be sensor board on motor (sp v3 6.5t). Schumacher repaired it foc.
