Default thinking of a sv2

after not having much look over the last 12 months with cars
what are peoples thoughts on the sv2? setup wise is there alot of fiddling, or is it good anywhere with a base setup?
what hop ups are useful after buying the kit?

Cheers
Chris

Hey Chris.... Guess what I've been looking at the last couple of days!?
Been thinking about getting a new car myself and tbh was going to be either another 210 or an sv2 so I'll be watching this thread with interest!
What happened Sunday?

Mechanical problems after mechanical problems.
only finished 1 round all day, ended up in a very low final.
leading my final and got took out by a lapped driver and ripped the front end off. From looking at SV2 setups it looks alot more straight forward to get a decent setup. Parts a easy to get hold of, and cheap.
Plus if i go for a SV2 roger is going to put it together for me as he did Stu's.

I'm 13 and am getting an sv2. I know the base astro setup in the manual is good, and from what people are saying, it is much better than the sv and others (210 and 22). For useful hopups, one thing the team drivers did was a cut n shut front arm extension. But then, the svr was released, and that has longer arms on it so they would be a welcome addition.
