Default RC Champ Japan what´s wrong?

Hey guys,

i´m sure some of you have ordered from RC Camp in Japan in the past.
I was giving them my order via mail last week and didn´t get an answer. I have tried several mailing adresses and wrote them about 4 times now but they don´t answer.
Has someone ordered from them in the past few days? Is there a problem with communication at Champ or are they on holiday?
Suggestions?

I am having an identical problem, waiting on bits coming into stock and a couple of weeks ago just totally lost contact with them, can't get any kind of reply! I don't know how many people they have because it happened for a little while before Christmas and it was die to none work reasons the guy I deal with hadn't been around, wondering if it's similar this time!?

I've been in contact with them over the past week or so and my e-mails have been replied to within 24hrs.

However I think it's their spring festival at the moment so maybe their short staffed.

That's the address I've been using, bit annoying that they aren't bothered getting back to me!

I heard its easy to be on their black list if you do the wrong thing by them. That is, ask for an order and not go through with it, they block you from future orders. Thats what I heard anyway.

Interesting, it can of course not be the reason for not getting back to me as i bought all items i ordered everytime and i am sure Dave is a nice and polite customer too

I have heard the same, but I am actually chasing an order I've been waiting for 2 months for, not trying to cancel anything, just trying to spend ha!

there has been many times over the years I have enquired and not ordered due to parts being out of stock / not available or sometimes more expensive than other places. They always get back to me so I think this black list thing is just a silly rumour.

The thing is there is only really one guy who can do their international (english) orders and if he is ill / away it just all goes a bit random.

When Masa is back it will be fine.

Hes obviously not off, that's the point, hes been responding to my e-mails all of last week and i received one just Monday morning from him.

Strange how hes not responding to others, and i dont think the black list thing is a rumour at all.
