You dont appreciate it paul if you look at other tourers the lay out is the same but there is little diffrences that make all the diffrence.

But that looks sweet if mywallet agree's i think one of them will have to be joining my collection along side of the tc4ft that i have never run.

lol

The new schumacher has some stuff I've not seen before and looks rather nice - if only they put a tenth of that effort into their off road range.. oops, what off road range!

And the TRF 415 is a rip off e.t.c its a big chain mate.

Touring cars are all going the same way. You can pretty much choose a TC by how much you like the colors e.t.c or the company, as they are all good.

Saying that, my Xray T2 is unbreakable

Man,you are sooooo way wrong there fella. They may all look similar, but the way the suspension is mounted, and geometries are different. The only two that are similar is the Cyclone and TRF415MSXXrrrzzz or which ever one is the current one, main'y because the Cyclone IS a copy of the TRF with some small drivetrain changes. Also, the Cyclone is not as 'fast' as an xray but more predictable from track to track, whereas the XRay from one track to another, might be way off, so you spend more time fiddling with it.

Re: Mi3 - it is a typical completely off on a tangent design take, on drivetrain maintenance, and appears to be very clever, reports back on handling is sketchy, but currently, team drivers are slower on the Mi3 than the Mi2EC, thats only what I have heard though.s

So therefore they can all be viewed as 'good'.

Well, yes and no, not all cars are good, as some won't suit you. They are all built to a good standard and go together well, just some work for you and others don't. But to class them as all clones is wrong.

That would be like saying the Slim 4/HB D4/BJ4WE are the same, they look the same, they may handle generaly the same, but I bet they don't react and turn in the same. Same goes for the 501X and the MR4BX.

I would not say the S4 look's the same or handle 's the same and certainly don't react or turn in the same

Even though the S4 uses quite a few BJ4 parts, Im sure its looks/setup/handling is far different than the BJ. I dont think the same can be said for the cyCLONE D4, where is a direct copy of the BJ, with a slight spin on the coloration. You guys at atomic carbon have done a heck of a job with that car!

Sorry Jon, no offence was meant, but when you use the same suspension layout then the car will have some general traits, that is constrained by the suspension, I did say that more than likely the cars do not react the same though.

Coming back to the D4, I just hope they don't go the route of the Cyclone, with a black one, a Hara version and now a moorespeed version, could end up getting expensive then.

None taken we only use the wishbone side, the shocks and angles are very different as well as the center steering setup. But as the core parts are BJ4WE there would be some things similar.

Its a shame that these company's cannot start with a clean sheet of paper, there is still lots of options untried, and these company's have the resources unlike us little guys

Do you think we will see a Teddybear edition of the D4
