Have been asked a question by a friend that i cannot answer ao here goes

What Kv rating motor would you use in a 1/10th 4wd buggy? The driver has raced before but only with a converted nitro and only for fun.

I ran the Mamba 6900KV in my BJ4 but was abit over the top, wouldn't want anymore than that. Usually for racing most use around a 6.5T which is around the 6200KV range.

Something in the 6500-6000kV range seems to work best. I've used more, and less, but all my favorites have been in that range.
