Is a 8 x 2 too fast?is this motor suitable?please help!!?
im on a really tight budget at the moment,what with the credit crunch and so far at the weekend i blew a very nearly new gtb,peak 12 x 2 and the dominator evolution is on its way out. i have found this on ebay would this just be too fast? or just not suitable for off road

To be honest, its not the first motor i'd go for and im quite a smooth driver.
I would try and gor for a 10 or a 12 turn, especially if its to be used in 2wd

sorry forgot to add i am running 4wd for the mo,if anyones knows of ANY motors that sort of price that would be more suitable,really am skint,cheers

cheers guys for all the help,nath th gtb as you know wouldnt work but for the final it did but somethings not right,my b4 with a 19 turn would be quicker!same cells aswell. i need a 10 x2 double basically i think, can i not just get this an adjust punch control and calm it down a bit?nath you have pm
