Default Fettle mi Eunos roadster for not much

I need to change one of my rear lower (off side) wishbones on my 1991 MX5. It jas a captured nut that's welded in place and it broke off - so simply spins and I can't get the damper off.
Whilst I'm at it, I'd not mind all 4 lower arms off to give them a big of a clean up (a new arm for the one mentioned above of course) and maybe even powdercoating.

My Mx5 cost me £700 so I'm not looking to spend a fortune on this shed but I think removing suspension arms might be a step too far for me with the tools and expertise I have.

So - looking for someone preferably that's incredibly bored (or talented and quick) to replace the screwed arm, and maybe take the other three off so I can give em a good goin over with a wire brush and some hammerite or something.
Shocks will just need refitting (piece of cake so I can get it back home and work on some new brakes and new dampers as funds allow.

Giz a shout if you've got the gear / and a ramp!
