The under tray is supposed to fit between the bumper and bulkhead, not underneath the bumper.

Body not painted yet, I put my saddles in stick layout so may be of interest. There is a tungsten weight wedged between the packs so it fits tight lengthways, also gives a nice channel for the speedo wires to pass across to the reciever.
