Hi Guys, Newby here....

How do I go about joining the Batley club? And what sort of cars and equipment are people typically using?

What do people do for power for charging and how many battery packs are needed for a days/evenings racing?

Hi Tom.....look at the events calendar, on here or the club website.. Come along to an event.. Dianne runs the meetings and has membership forms...you can run at three events before having to join. Everyone is very friendly, you will have no problems..
Cars obviously vary for two or four wheel drive, but Associated, yokomo, Durango Kyosho and Xray are all popular.
Power supply you will need a 12volt car or leisure battery outdoors, indoors, main supply is available..
Batteries, two or three should be fine..
Come along on the next sunny day and join the fun..

Thanks for the reply. I assume 2wd has a bigger following and a cheaper class to start out and compete in is that correct?
