Default Today's Meeting

Not a bad turn out today at the track. A good track was provided by Rob and thanks to Simon for running race control.
Cheers to all involved.

Yeah, pretty much ran like clockwork, lots of fun. We need more rally cars and short course trucks though.

Good day sorry to miss finals though
The track was excellent
It flowed really well but was still technical
I liked how it meanderd across the jumps
Good work rob
I reckon that would be a good track for the regional

Yes but we found the wind was blowing cars off course over the doubles so Rob redid part of it.

Well to be honest I though rob may do something different as that may be the regional track which will have to be a higher difficulty but yeah if it was windy I can see the problem

Yes not technical enough for a good regional track. But a good high wind layout and a different use for the doubles

Gav i never claimed i did the track as im not botherd who does it just as long as its good to race on and is fun for all skill levels.
the only things i did was made it a bit more flowing by removing a corner between table top and moguls and also to give me extra hose to change track layout on the table tops due to the high wind carrying the cars.

The track was excellent but the changes that Rob made did make it an easier track to marshal as well, Rob asked a few of us our thoughts on the suggestions before changing the track.
As was mentioned the wind was a factor and more hose's are needed but I for one thought the track ran well and was good for the new drivers to the track.
