Default where can I get replacement solder cups for ESC?

I've managed to damage a solder cup on the ESC. It's just that the brass cup appears to have fatigued, rather than having damaged the electronic board.
Is there anywhere I can buy them?
Or does anyone have an old ESC that i could steal one from?
Thank you
Tim

Can you not just solder directly though the PCB?
