Default rebuilding associated shocks

As title says can anyone share their rebuild tips for associated shocks? I've been told to use oil or associated green slime. But would be great to know other people's opinions on which is best to use.

Cheers

I just put the seals in, put some oil in the bottom of the shock and let it go in the seals and then push the shaft thru. Dont need to waste more money on a simple task.
