One or two nylon idlers?
Hi.
The plastic idler gear in me monkey has bit the dust. Should I replace just the broken one or should I replace both? If I just replace the broken one, then will the other plastic idler melt down as well? Advice please. Thanks, Chris

Do both. Mk racing sell RW versions as a pair for about £10.
Has turned what used to be a consumable part into a fit and forget item. |

Do both but make sure you get all of the plastic out of your gears before you re-build otherwise you will have a sloth instead of a monkey.
I find blasting with motor cleaner, a decent old toothbrush and the back of a scalpel blade make good impacted plastic removal tools.
