I usually run AE #2 in front and Ghea #2 rear.

I tried both back to back with the same oil, and springs.
No.1's definately felt more planted over the smaller bumps, but the No.2's landed better of big jumps without bottoming out, due to having more pack. If you want slightly more steering, then the No.2's are the way to go as well. Hope this helps! Mark
