Get the alloy diff cap upgrade, not sure if it leaks because of poorly manufactured parts or over tightening of the screws.
I get a very very small amount of leakage but some have had it bad.

Hi,
I had the same. There is an updated middle diff housing, same part number (running change.) This solves the leaking issue. The new part looks very different to the old. Old part was a smooth housing cap. New part has ridges in the cap. MiCk B. :-)
