front
35 (losi oil) dark blue (hard) spring inside on arm middle tower.
13 deg castor, camber link (outside) on bulkhead (so short) link.
outside hole for acherman 21mm ride height.

rear
30 (losi oil) red (medium) spring inside arm middle tower.
outside hole on hub (plastic) or middle with 1mm washer (alum hub) inside on bulkhead (long link)
middle wheelbase, 1.2mm roll bar 22mm ride height.

other notes.
Cab forward body (I use the proline bulldog for the Kyosho ZX5) but the new Team C cab forward will most likely be better.
Batter placement is forward and inside.
I also mount the rear shock infront of the arm not behind as is standard. This reducese stability but significantly increases corner speed. On average my lap times came down by 1 - 1.5 sec a lap.
